The exhibition took place in the two communities that we worked in, parents were invited to see the art and performances created during the four weeks of Colonia Vacacional workshops. Each group exhibited or performed their work in turn, in front of the audiences of over a hundred participants, parents and family members.
We were treated to dance performances to live music, both traditional and modern, by the dance group, followed by a wonderful colourful play performed by the drama group, and delicious snacks were provided by the mothers who participated in the cookery workshops.
Our ´Art Club´ exhibition table was extremely popular, as everybody wanted to have a go with the dancing puppets! The art exhibition looked fantastic thanks to the talented and enthusiastic young participants who joined us for our ´Movement in Art´workshops!
